Why did you become a member of Maverick1000 and why are you a good fit for the group?
As an entrepreneur who is passionate about having adventures, I would like to become a member of Maverick so that I can participate in unforgettable adventures alongside other passionate entrepreneurs.
(Rumor has it you just got back from you first Maverick adventure….in Mexico! Pretty cool eh?)
What top things would you like to gain / learn / do with other Mavericks, and what unique value do you bring to the group?
I hope to gain meaningful alliances with awesome members. I would like to learn how to be a better person while meeting like-minded entrepreneurs I can look up to.

What interests, activities or hobbies do you enjoy?

- Explore Brazil in its Entirety.
- Visit my grandfather’s home city in China.
- Climb Mt. Everest.
What’s the most significant / important contribution you’ve made to a community or nonprofit organization?
Yet to be seen. I have contributed to many different youth charities as well as my alma mater.

- Work the System, Sam Carpenter
- Psychology of Influence, Dr. Daniel Crosby
- Whatever else Yanik has given me that has not been returned to his library (…an honest chap!).

My business is Campbell Wealth Management Inc. We provide Financial, Estate and Investment Planning for those 55+ in age. Clients average $1 Million of investable assets. By utilizing our ‘7 Principles of True Wealth™’ and proprietary ‘WealthMapping™’ process, we help our clients achieve the life they visualize, using their finances as a conduit for success.
Why did you become a member of Maverick1000 and why are you a good fitfor the group?
I really want to feel the camaraderie of a group of highly successful business owners. I also want to participate in some great “out of the box” events and activities. (You are in for some fun times my friend!)
What top things would you like to gain / learn / do with other Mavericks, and what unique value do you bring to the group?
I want to be a part of a group of high level CEOs to converse with and bounce ideas off of. I’m looking forward to fun, exciting events and activities that will challenge me. I want to find a way to give back by utilizing my idea of teaching young entrepreneurs how to start their own businesses.
Super Hero Skills: I have the ability to motivate people to make changes, whether it has been in my business or with family and friends, I get people to see their true potential and then strive to achieve it. I also have very good public speaking skills.
What interests, activities or hobbies do you enjoy?
- I like personal growth and self help books.
- I love motivational speaking.
- I am a snow and water skier. I am getting my pilot’s license and love anything to do with getting in the air.
- I have begun the sport of kite boarding.
- I really love wine and cigars. (Yes!…..Awesome)
What are the Top 3 adventures/things on your Big Life List?
- Helicopter skiing.
- Ultra light flying (powered parachute).
- Becoming great at kite-boarding.
What’s the most significant / important contribution you’ve made to a community or nonprofit organization?
I have helped several organizations raise money by thinking bigger then they had originally planned. This enabled them to raise significantly more money.
Which books, authors or programs have been a powerful influence in your business and life?
- Start With Why, Simon Sinek – I read a lot and really think this book has helped me work on my goal
- The Secret, Rhonda Byrne – I really like and believe in this book.
- The Strategic Coach, Dan Sullivan – I have always had a business and/or personal coach.

Welcome AJ! What businesses do you operate?
I own the JAR group, which is a digital marketing agency that works with midsize companies to help them understand their customers digital actions in order to take advantage of their space.
Why did you become a member of Maverick1000 and why are you a good fit for the group?
I built my firm up from just an idea and a lot of phone calls made with a partially broken cell phone. I would like to find like minded folk who have created businesses with their own hands and enjoy doing it.
What top things would you like to gain / learn / do with other Mavericks, and what unique value do you bring to the group?
Do something pretty crazy with liked minded entrepreneurs (You’re in the right place…), find more ways to give back and learn how to complete my world domination plans….
Super Hero Skills: While I find it hard at times to do it for myself, I have an uncanny ability to problem solve for others’ business needs. I can leap through logic structures, invert the box and turn un-associated leaps of concepts into harmonic integration.
What interests, activities or hobbies do you enjoy?
Rugby, cocktails, food, reading, working out, football!
What’s the most significant / important contribution you’ve made to a community or nonprofit organization?
I have done charity work for NYU FACES (Finding a Cure for Epilepsy and Seizures). I revamped their CRM data and generated $300k of incremental donations from small donors that previously had not been involved with their outreach efforts.
What are the Top 3 adventures/things on your Big Life List?
- Sailing solo across the Atlantic.
- Watching my children’s children be born.
- Hike the Appalachia Trail. (Whoa…..Hardcore!)
