Initial deposits are Non-Refundable. Final payment of the balance due must be received 60 days prior to departure date. If the final payment is not received by this date, Maverick Business Adventures reserves the right to forfeit your reservation and retain 100% of deposits paid.
Trip cancellation insurance is NOT included in the trip cost.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip protection insurance and would be happy to assist you in doing so. Insurance through our provider must be purchased within 15 days of making your initial deposit.
*Should you need to cancel without the benefit of an insurance policy, an approved replacement will be allowed. Should you choose not to send an replacement or your suggested replacement is not approved, the following cancellation terms will apply:
180 days in advance of event – 20% cancellation fee will apply
90-180 days in advance of event – 40% cancellation fee will apply
60 – 90 days or less – 75% cancellation fee will apply
60 days or less – 100% cancellation fee will apply
*Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
