Well, its probably because they give themselves an awesome morning pep-talk ritual like Raul Villacis does. Raul was kind enough to share his “secret” to his daily success. My Morning ritual starts by doing these incantations with a sound track behind them.
I use the first 2 tracks to get into a grateful state.
Elysium – from the Gladiator sound track 2:42
Honor him- from the Gladiator sound track 1:20
Then I increase the intensity of the chanting as the songs progress.
Smells like Teen spirit – Nirvana 5:02
I try to be as loud as I can and get my body movements into it. The more intensity the better you will feel afterwards.
After the chanting I take 10 Minutes to pray.
15 Minutes of reading.
10 Minutes of stretching.
I usually work out after this or just start my day.
Here is the incantation that I have modified through time and I continue to improve them over time.
No I am the voice
I will lead not follow
I will create not destroy
I will believe not doubt
I am a force for Good
Voice for God
I am a leader
Defy the odds
Set a new standard
Step up, Step up, Step up
Every day I’m getting closer to God
Everything I do brings me profits
I am an unstoppable force with unlimited power
I’m focused and determined
I’m healthy and strong
God’s love circulates around me
His Love flows to me like an avalanche of abundance
Every need, desire and goal is met instantaneously because I’m one with God and God is Everything.
I am a Gladiator
I was born for winter
Winter is my season
Give me your problems
Give me your limitation
And I will bring you results
I have all the time that I need and I enjoy every minute of my life.
I am blessed with abundance and money flows to me like an avalanche of wealth.
Every day in every way I’m getting stronger and stronger, every day in every way I’m getting healthier and healthier, my body knows exactly what to do to heal itself.
All I need is God within me now; although I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I fear no evil because God is with me.
God is able to do abundantly and exceedingly, above and beyond anything I can ever think, want or ever imagine.
