Welcome Juan! What businesses do you operate?
Why did you become a member of Maverick1000 and why are you a good fit for the group?
I saw light and came in 🙂 — kidding… Vishen Lakhiani, my biz partner, mentor and friend is part of the group. I see how much fun, growth, contacts and ideas he was getting from the group… I got jealous, and decided to join, too. Why I’m a good fit for the group? Well… people say my Argentinean accent is sexy, but I also have been involved with rapid growth organizations. Being a Spanish speaker doing business in the Spanish market (one of the fastest growing markets on the internet right now) enables me to contribute a lot of advice on how to get your business to international markets. Plus I run a 100% virtual company; anyone dealing with the pains and pleasures of distributed teams will get value from our learnings.
What is the most “Maverick” thing you have ever done?
I ran two Half Ironman’s (that doesn’t make me an ironman though) with almost no training. I also help old and blind people cross the streets very often.
Super Hero Skills?
I am great at operating Google Adwords PPC, Facebook Ads PPC, Managing and Leading Virtual Teams while creating and keeping a great culture. Sales processes.
What top things would you like to gain / learn / do with other Mavericks, and what unique value do you bring to the group?
I’d like to learn how to create offers and scale them outside personal development markets. I hope to learn how to buy massive amounts of traffic that convert to those offers. Also I’d love to get insights on how to make a company sellable and how best to sell it. I’m a sales guy, with a “systems and processes” mentality.

I hope to build relationships, find people to mentor and share new experiences with other Maverick members.

I can save a baby from a burning fire, get a cat out of a tree in under 30 seconds AND I have over 15 years experience in entrepreneurship, branding, marketing, advertising and public relations.

Pretty much anything that involves awesomeness.

- Watch my daughter succeed with her passions

What’s the most significant / important contribution you’ve made to a community or nonprofit organization?
I am not Jewish, but I currently consult with the Shurat HaDin ( Israeli Terrorism Law Center ) on ways best to reach the masses in an effort to bankrupt terrorism. $1.2 Billion in judgements, $550MM collected from terrorists. I served 2 terms on board.
