I almost hate to use the phrase here, but this truly is one of those “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences. (Or maybe twice in a lifetime, since 80% of last year’s attendees are back for another week.. and it would have been more if two members didn’t have to drop out because of a big CNBC deal that came their way.)
It certainly makes sense so many Mavericks are returning, since this kind of unprecedented access to Richard Branson is pretty much unheard of. And it’s because of the ongoing relationship Maverick1000 Member #8 Joe Polish and I have built with Richard. For our full stay, the legendary icon is involved in just about everything you’re up to, including the lunches and dinners, several business sessions, water sports fun, and all kinds of other surprises.
Many of the attendees get undivided time ‘on-the-fly’ with Richard in between other activities. Here’s Maverick Dan Fitzpatrick sharing a few ideas over a Red Stripe at the pool bar.

The donation is $25,000 for 3 nights, or $40,000 for the full week ($75,000 per couple), with all proceeds going to support Virgin Unite. (Previously, our groups have donated over $600,000.)
