It takes quite a long time to gain the trust of these teachers, and they are coming to facilitate the ceremonies and rituals with one condition….

They have assured me they will share their wisdom here in the enchanted high desert only if it is to be in service of the Earth at this important choice point in our history. It will become your role to help use the leverage of business to make a difference in the world. That’s some of the most exciting and exhilarating work I continue to do. Featured Guest, Pat McCabe, will be helping lead our You’volution Retreat throughout the 3 days.

Also known as Woman Stands Shining, Pat is a Dine’ (Navajo) mother, grandmother, activist, artist, writer, ceremonial leader and international speaker. She is a voice for global peace and global healing. Pat is a beautiful bridge between the ancient & modern world and bridging the sacred masculine and feminine in business (regardless of your gender).

Pat is excited to lead multiple sacred ceremonies with our group over the 3 days. This will be a totally authentic way to connect to the deep indigenous wisdom that serves all of life. There’s a hunger for this kind of indigenous connection because of what’s going on in our world right now. She asked me not to publicize exactly what we are doing because they are so sacred so I cannot reveal more but I promise you’ll walk away deeply transformed.

Pat told me there is a calling she’s hearing for all of us to see your skillset from a different vantage… to utilize all your talents and resources to co-create a thriving world in alignment with indigenous perspective.

Panache Desai is another special guest. Panache was recently picked by Oprah for her Super Soul Sunday program because he’s an incredible teacher on personal evolution…human potential…and accessing your greatest life.

He counts Deepak Chopra among his closest friends, and he’s been featured on Dr. Oz, the Huffington Post, and The Good Life Project.

Panache helps leaders go from anxiety to alignment…alienation to authenticity and replace apathy with action. He helps them to find the peace, balance, and fulfillment we all want within ourselves.

Not only is Panache an incredible person coming to teach and share, but he’s also there with us to learn and grow. It’s going to be really special.

What’s more, I’ll personally be facilitating sessions and discussions around a few topics from my own evolutionary journey:

If I know you, you’ve already accomplished a lot.

But perhaps, like me, you also have a nagging notion you can’t shake that you were designed for even greater things. You want to fully put ALL your talents, passion, and resources into something bigger.

I call it the “Cosmic Alarm Clock.”

There seems to be a divine timing to every level of awakening, and everybody goes through it on their own schedule and in their own way. You can’t hurry it.

Fact is, we can either resist this “cosmic alarm clock” or lean into and embrace the transition into something bigger and better.

You probably hear it already or else you wouldn’t be intrigued by this work.

Lately I’m seeing a lot of Maverick members and colleagues in a state of transition. Maybe it’s because I’ve personally done this and come out on the other side that I’m seeing it more and more—but I’m not so sure. It truly feels like accomplished entrepreneurs want to know “What’s next?”

The same thing that got you where you are now won’t necessarily get you to the next destination on your journey. The only way to grow is to continually express your deepest essence of your greatest gifts.

And that’s what we’ll do here, together.

P.S. On my 43rd birthday, I was en route to take part in the Virgin Strive Challenge triathlon in Sicily. I had never done anything like this, but it was a great birthday challenge.

I flew overnight to Heathrow and arrived in the UK on my actual birthday. I decided I’d spend the day in Avebury, one of the oldest and most sacred stone circle sites. After an incredibly powerful day there, I came back to my hotel but just couldn’t fall asleep. I saw the minutes ticking away as I had a 4 a.m. flight out to make the first leg of the triathlon.

Finally, I gave up on sleeping and meditated instead. Afterward, I wrote this in my journal as part of my real work:

“…bringing together others (catalyze the catalysts) is my path. I am blueprinted to do this and it is all I want to do with the highest expression of the Ecoverse. It only requires my full commitment, effortless effort – embrace and totally accept I am destined for this. Not in an ego way but as fulfilling for the greatest service to the collective, the individual byproducts are immense…”

And then using my left hand (your non-dominant hand taps into your own higher wisdom), I wrote this even deeper message:
