IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY CLICKING THE BUTTON BELOW THAT STATES “I accept this Membership Agreement”, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, AND THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT WILL BE A VALID AND LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MAVERICK BUSINESS ADVENTURES, LLC.

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Maverick1000 - doing business as Maverick Business Adventures, LLC (collectively, “Maverick 1000” or “Maverick” or "we" or "us"). Maverick provides membership in this private group to you subject to this Membership Agreement ("Membership Agreement"). Unless you are a guest of a Member as set forth below, you must become a registered Member of Maverick pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement before you may participate in the membership and its various offerings. In consideration for Maverick membership and the ability to attend Maverick events, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.

It is critical that you read the Maverick Membership Application and this Maverick Membership Agreement in their entirety before becoming an official member of Maverick. It contains important information that (i) addresses both recommended and prohibited conduct, (ii) outlines economic and other obligations that you agree to assume as a member of, and each time you participate in a Maverick event, and (iii) highlights certain rights that we reserve so that we can ensure that your membership in Maverick will be an enjoyable experience and so that we can maintain responsible members in the community.

Once you read this entire Membership Agreement, if you agree to all of its terms, then click the box below that contains the words "I accept this Membership Agreement." After you "accept" the terms of the Membership Agreement, we will set up a payment process for your initiation fee and your monthly membership dues in Maverick. You shall be bound by both the terms of the Maverick Membership Application and this Membership Agreement whenever you participate in Maverick activities and shall continue to be bound by the provisions of Sections 11-13, 16, 18-20 and 24 from and after the expiration or earlier termination of your Membership.

It is your responsibility to read this Membership Agreement and keep apprised of any changes to it. We may update or modify this Membership Agreement at our sole discretion as needed without prior notice to you, but will always inform all members of any changes via email communication. The most up to date version of this Agreement will also be available to you in the Members Area (website).  Any updates and/or modifications that are made to this Membership Agreement will be binding (even if you choose not to read them) from the time that they are shared/posted. Each time you register for or participate in a Maverick event, this constitutes your agreement to the most current version of this Membership Agreement and acceptance of all its terms and conditions as stipulated herein.

If the Maverick Membership Application is not completed and/or if the terms of this Membership Agreement is not accepted in its entirety, then Maverick membership will not be granted which will result in the inability to attend Maverick functions or make use of Maverick benefits and offerings.

2. MAVERICK PURPOSE

Maverick is an exclusive global network of exceptional entrepreneurs connecting in bold new ways to challenge and collectively support each other’s biggest business goals, engage in exclusive experiences, and co-create a significant, worldwide multiplier impact. Maverick provides access to business educational programs, networking, events, and unique adventures/trips.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP

Membership in Maverick is offered to individuals that are successful business owners, entrepreneurs, founders, and/or CEOs. The membership is strictly for distinguished achievers with minimum annual business gross revenue of $1 million (verification may be required).

Your Membership is personal to you, and you shall not assign, sell, give, or otherwise transfer your Membership to anyone. Your Membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis, unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Membership Agreement. We may, in our sole discretion, decide to not to renew your Membership.

Your Membership entitles you to all benefits of Maverick membership for so long as you are a Member in good standing. Membership in Maverick and permission to attend Maverick events is contingent on the payment of all applicable fees and the observance of all terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.

4. EXPECTATIONS OF MAVERICK MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Maverick Management Team (“Team Green”) comprises the management and operations team that coordinates and manages the community, all Maverick activities and events. Members can expect the following from Team Green:

• Clear communication on member privileges, upcoming experiences, and access to resources
• Assistance with member-to-member introductions as needed for resources, skills, and potential partners
• Identifying and introducing topic experts for growth
• Curating discounts, perks, and additional benefits
• Providing opportunities for impact, mentoring, and contribution
• Curating and maintaining a member-driven community that adheres to and advocates the Maverick DNA
• Maintaining a current member directory
• Creating experiences and interactions with surprise and delight

5. EXPECTATIONS OF MEMBERS

To maintain the highest level of trust, integrity, and shared collaboration, the expectations for a Maverick member in good standing are as follows:

Show Up – In order for a Maverick to fully experience and benefit from the community and the membership, you must regularly attend live events. All members are expected to attend at least oneof the Maverick events/experiences per year, (e.g., 3X Retreats, Summit, Camp, Epic Experiences)

• Be Open – Maverick members must be open to new experiences and fully participate in the membership. This includes asking for and offering help/advice when appropriate, participating in live events and being present in the online community.
• Do Good Business – The Maverick community is built around trust. Given the relationships within the group, the opportunities to do business together are frequent. A Maverick member approaches business with another Maverick member with full integrity. At the various stages of a business arrangement, this includes:
• Proposals – If more than one Maverick member is going to be asked to submit a proposal, the Maverick member requesting the proposal will inform participants that multiple Mavericks are being asked to participate. The requesting Member will keep confidential all scope, terms, and pricing shared by individual members - meaning that they will not share the information they receive with other pitching members or other Mavericks.
• Working Together – When Mavericks work together, they agree to honor any and all business agreements. This includes delivering projects on time, meeting all deadlines, keeping in regular communication, and paying invoices in a timely manner. A Maverick always seeks to provide a great customer experience and goes above and beyond when working with a fellow member.
• No Pitching – Member connections, relationships, and deals are a significant benefit of being part of the Maverick network. That being said, no one likes being “pitched.” The best selling is through meaningful relationships. When in doubt, you should wait for a member to approach you about working together instead of seeking them out.
• No Pitching #2 – Blanket solicitations of the membership are not permitted.
• Presume the Best – When interacting with fellow Mavericks or a member of Team Green, a member will always presume the best and when doubt arises, will seek out that member and discuss it directly.
• Pick Up the Phone – If a disagreement with another Maverick or a member of Team Green occurs (as is the case in any family), address it directly with the person in question. This includes in-person conversations or phone conversations – as opposed to emails, texts, etc. where communications are more easily misunderstood.
• Be Ethical – A Maverick is committed to ethical business practices with other Mavericks, customers, employees, and the community at large.
• Be Responsive – A Maverick is responsive when another member or a member of Team Green contacts them. If a fellow Maverick or member of Team Green calls/emails/contacts you, please get back to them in a timely fashion. Given that all of us lead busy, active lives that are often filled with travel, be understanding if there is a slight lag (i.e., a week) before you hear back from someone.
• Go Above and Beyond – Mavericks look for opportunities to go above and beyond the call of duty for a fellow Maverick or a member of Team Green.
• Giving is Good – Mavericks openly share experience, unique skills, resources and knowledge with each other, without looking for “an angle” or a business opportunity.
• Receive Gratefully – Mavericks respect the time and expertise of other Mavericks and members of Team Green and don’t take advantage of their generosity. A Maverick is quick to express gratitude and appreciation when another Maverick or member of Team Green offers help, assistance, or guidance.
• Love Team Green – Maverick members recognize the hard work and long hours put in by Team Green to run, host, and wrangle the Maverick experience. At all times, members of Team Green are to be treated with respect and appreciation.
• Don’t Forget Your Manners – Mavericks treat all people with respect - showing the same level of engagement, respect, and courtesy to the driver picking a member up from the airport as they would a participating billionaire icon.
• Maverick is like Las Vegas – What happens in Maverick Land stays in Maverick Land. Everything that is discussed within the community is CONFIDENTIAL (unless clearly indicated otherwise by Maverick or the respective Member)! Social Media is great and we love it when members share their experiences at Maverick events, but use common sense about what you post. When it doubt, check in with the people in the photo or a member of Team Green before posting - especially since we often find ourselves in compromising positions if someone doesn’t know the full Maverick story.
• Check your Ego at the Door – Mavericks are awesome, talented, industry leaders - but approach life and particularly interactions with other Mavericks with humility first.
• Be an Example – A Maverick looks for ways to increase her/his impact within his/her industry, community, and the world. A Maverick leads by example and strives to be an example for others.
• Create Maverick Mayhem – A Maverick enjoys creating fun-loving mayhem on a regular basis.
• Uphold the Values – A Maverick commits to uphold the letter and the spirit of the Maverick Member Expectations and the DNA Creed. In addition, a member will always act in a fashion becoming of a Maverick and will exhibit that character in all interactions.

6. MEMBERSHIP ADVISORY BOARD

The Membership Advisory Board is a volunteer Board that is comprised of four Maverick members and the Maverick DNA Decoder. Members volunteer for the Board at the Annual Summit and are selected by Yanik Silver prior to January 1st of the coming year. The term of service is two years, with Board seats rotating so that no more than two Board members are replaced in any given year. The membership board is responsible for being a sounding board for membership enhancement, feedback and recommending actions based on member challenges and agreement violations. 7. FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree to pay the Maverick Initiation Fee, your Membership dues, and any other charges incurred in connection with your Membership in Maverick ("Membership Fees") at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We will immediately bill any and all Maverick charges incurred by you. All initiation fees, membership dues, and event fees/charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, in our sole discretion by giving you notice in advance. You are responsible for all fees and charges that you may incur in connection with your enjoyment of the Maverick membership.

8. GUEST POLICY

A Member in Good Standing may bring qualified guests to Maverick events.

A guest may attend only one (1) Maverick event per year. Prior to attending a second Maverick event, all guest(s) are expected to apply for Maverick Membership and agree to the Membership Agreement. Member guest(s) are assumed to have been informed by their inviting member about the Maverick Membership, including the conduct policy and all other terms and conditions herein. A Member assumes full responsibility for notifying its guests of these terms and any subsequent liability for failure to do so.

9. EMAILS

Emails. You understand that from time to time, Maverick may send you emails about Maverick events and operations. You hereby grant Maverick permission to contact you via email and commit to reading and where necessary, responding to those emails in a timely fashion.

10. ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING

You agree that you shall be bound whenever, after having an opportunity to review the terms applicable to registration for a Maverick event, you click on or check an “Agree”, “Accept,” or other similar button or checkbox, at which time an electronic contract shall be formed. You certify that you intend each electronic contract, including the electronic acceptance, to constitute a legal agreement that is valid, binding, and enforceable.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

You hereby agree to maintain the confidentiality of any and all information obtained through attendance at Maverick events or your membership in Maverick. You acknowledge that you may learn about the business of other members and that, as a condition of membership, are obligated to keep confidential and not disclose, in any form, whether directly or indirectly, any information or materials (the "Confidential Information") which is disclosed to or learned during any session or conversation with other members, guests, speakers, and participants in Maverick. (Confidential Information does not include information that is already publicly known or that Maverick or a Member asks you to publicize for them).

In addition, you shall make best efforts to secure and protect all Confidential Information from disclosure using at least the same care that you would reasonably exercise for your own confidential materials and information.

12. AUDIO AND VISUAL PARTICIPATION

You agree to allow Maverick, its representatives, and/or affiliates to tape, photograph, and record your voice and physical appearance (the "Image") for use solely in connection with Maverick. Maverick shall own the copyright and other rights in and to the Image, and may use the Image in the advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of Maverick. You agree and acknowledge that you will not enjoin the creation, production, or distribution activities of Maverick, nor will you be compensated for the use of your Image. In addition, you agree that you will not use any audio or visual materials created by Maverick to promote your own activities, events, or offerings without prior written consent from Team Green/Maverick.

13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAVERICK EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES OCCURRING AT MAVERICK EVENTS INVOLVE KNOWN AND UNANTICIPATED RISKS THAT COULD RESULT IN PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO YOURSELF, YOUR PROPERTY, OR TO THIRD PARTIES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH RISKS CANNOT BE ELIMINATED WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING THE ESSENTIAL NATURE AND QUALITY OF MAVERICK EVENTS. BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY MAVERICK EVENTS, YOU ACCEPT AND ASSUME THE RISK EXISTING IN THAT EVENT AND ANY ACTIVITIES OCCURRING DURING SUCH EVENT AND ELECT TO PARTICIPATE IN SPITE OF THE RISKS, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

You also recognize that Maverick cannot evaluate your physical condition and medical limitations as they pertain to participation in Maverick events.

14. REPRESENTATIONS

You hereby represent to Maverick that:

You are willing to share business successes openly and candidly with other members;

You are willing to share your unique skills, resources, and knowledge with the other members;

You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of acceptance of this Membership Agreement;

All identifying information provided by you in connection with the Maverick Membership Application and this Membership Agreement is accurate; Your application for Membership in Maverick is made in good faith for the sole purpose of obtaining Membership in Maverick and participating in Maverick events, and not for any other purpose;

You acknowledge, agree, and represent that you are in sufficient good health, and in proper physical condition, to take part in the activities for which you choose to participate. You further agree and warrant that if at any time you believe, or become concerned, that any activity is or may be unsafe for you or others, you will immediately discontinue your participation;

You assume full responsibility for yourself, for bodily injury, death, loss of personal property, and expenses thereof as a result of the inherent risks or dangers and for any negligence in participating in any activity;

You acknowledge that there is an element of risk in any adventure, sport, or activity in the outdoors domestically and in a foreign country;

You acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks, which include, among other risks, the risk of injury, illness, or death in remote places without medical facilities; the ever-present danger posed by the forces of nature; the risks of accident during travel by aircraft, automobile, truck, bus, watercraft, and other means of transportation;

You understand that many events take place in rugged outdoor conditions that contain inherent dangers due to weather, terrain, animals, marine life, local flora and fauna, and distance from hospital facilities;

You understand that you have the option to cease participation in any event if you feel unsafe;

You further agree to bear the expense of voluntarily withdrawing or ceasing participation in any event before it is concluded;

You acknowledge and agree that there are dangers and rigors imposed by such activities as you may participate in;

You know and understand these risks, and agree to fully assume all risk of illness, injury, or death, and release and hold Maverick, its officers, employees, agents, servants, independent contractors, vendors, and suppliers harmless from all actions, claims or demands for damages for personal injury, consequential or punitive damages, costs or expenses resulting from participation in Maverick resulting from any cause whatsoever; andYOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON YOUR OWN BEHALF, HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

15. MEMBER CONDUCT

No Member shall drink alcoholic beverages to excess at Maverick events. Your alcohol intake is not monitored by Maverick and you release and hold harmless and indemnify Maverick from any damages that may occur due to your consumption of alcohol at Maverick events, whether that be while operating a motor vehicle or otherwise.

No harassment, sexual or otherwise, will be permitted in Maverick. Any such harassment shall be immediately reported to Team Green. If the complaint is justified, the offending party’s Membership may be immediately terminated.

The rules of Maverick may be modified at any time at the discretion of Maverick’s management. Violation of applicable rules of conduct in this section may result in the immediate termination of your membership.The provisions of this section shall survive the voluntary or involuntary termination of your Membership, and are contractual, and not a mere recital.

16. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

You agree to release, waive, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold Maverick, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives, Members, and other third parties harmless from all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) on account of any claim, suit, action, demand, or proceeding made or brought against any such party, or on account of the investigation, defense, or settlement thereof, arising in connection with your Membership in Maverick, your attendance at any Maverick event, and/or your violation of this Membership Agreement, any law or the rights of any third party.

You agree Maverick has made no representation or warranty as to the suitability of Maverick, information presented or content of information provided by third parties (“contents") for any specific purpose or application and Maverick undertakes no liability in connection with your application of the contents to your business(es); Maverick shall not undertake responsibility nor shall it be liable for the actions of any participant, member, or third party including but not limited to the disclosure of Confidential Information by any participants, members, or third parties.

Maverick shall not be responsible for any loss, costs, damages, consequential or punitive, or liability incurred by you or your business of any nature including but not limited to arising from any form of negligence, personal injury, or criminal activity and you shall indemnify, defend, and hold Maverick, its officers, employees, agents, servants or independent contractors harmless, from and against all liability in connection with or arising from the use of your Image (previously defined), your Membership and participation in Maverick including but not limited to any claims of a breach of this Agreement, any use or disclosure of any Confidential Information. You understand and agree that participation in the Membership is broad based and may include an entity or individual who you perceive as a competitor.

You hereby forever for yourself, your heirs, executors and administrators absolve, release and waive any and all liability, claims or demands against Maverick its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and each and every Member which may arise out of, or be related to, any injury, damage, or pecuniary loss by reason of such Membership or participation in any Maverick event or Member activity.

Members’ guests are deemed to have been informed of such general hazards by the Member and deemed to have understood and accepted these same terms of participation. Members assume full responsibility for notification of these terms to their guests and any subsequent liability for failure to do so.

17. ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN MAVERICK

You may terminate this Membership Agreement and your right to membership in Maverick at any time by sending mail to: 11512 Ridge Mist Terrace, Potomac, MD 20854

or by sending an email to the Maverick DNA Decoder(and receiving confirmation that your message was received).

Although you may terminate your right to membership in Maverick, you will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or credit of your Membership Fees.

You agree that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, may deny you access to Maverick events and/or suspend or terminate your membership in Maverick at any time, if we (i) believe in our sole discretion that you have violated this Membership Agreement or the Maverick Membership Application, (ii) determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued Membership is not in the best interests of Maverick and its other Members, or (iii) determine, in our sole discretion, that you have behaved in a way unbecoming of the character of a Maverick.

In the event that membership is terminated, there will be no refund for any trips for which payment has been received nor will Maverick refund any portion of previously paid membership initiation fees or monthly dues. Any prepaid annual dues will be reimbursed upon termination based on a pro-rated formula that takes into account the remaining months left in the membership.

You agree that any termination of your Membership may be effected without prior notice. You also agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to Maverick. Further, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your membership to Maverick, including any actual or perceived damage that may occur to your reputation or business as a result of your termination.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO AMOUNT PAID BY YOU

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) ANY USE OR INABILITY TO USE MAVERICK MEMBERSHIP INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DISRUPTION ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE; OR (B) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR MEMBERSHIP DATA. IF WE ARE ADJUDGED TO BE LIABLE BY A COURT OR OTHER BODY OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO YOU FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY NOT RECOVER DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES THAT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US DURING THE YEAR IN WHICH THE EVENT OCCURRED THAT GAVE RISE TO OUR LIABILITY. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THIS PARAGRAPH ARE A MATERIAL PART OF OUR AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MAVERICK MEMBERSHIP TO YOU.

19. ARBITRATION - CONFLICT WITH MAVERICK

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Membership Agreement or Maverick, between you and Maverick, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The expense for the arbitration will be split equally between the two parties in disagreement.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the City of Potomac, Maryland and a judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, Maverick may obtain from a court any interim or provisional relief that may be necessary to protect Maverick’s rights or property.

20. MEDIATION - CONFLICT WITH ANOTHER MEMBER

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Membership Agreement or Maverick that is legal or potentially legal in nature, between you and another Member, shall be settled by mediation. The parties to any dispute agree to participate in at least four hours of mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be mediated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any mediation with any claim or controversy of any other party. The expense for the mediation will be split equally between the two parties in disagreement.

The mediation shall be stipulated confidential and conducted in the city of residence of the member against which the dispute is brought.

As part of your membership, if another member has a good faith legal dispute with you regarding any work you did together, you hereby agree to mediate with them in good faith.

21. FALSE INFORMATION

You must provide Maverick with accurate, complete, and updated information (the "Registration Information"). If you provide us with any Registration Information or other information that is not truthful, complete, or up-to-date, or if we have grounds to suspect that any of it is not truthful, complete, or up-to-date, then we may suspend, terminate, or take any other legal action with respect to you and/or your Membership. Maverick reserves the right to cancel or decline membership in the event the information supplied in connection with an application for membership (i) is false or materially misleading, or (ii) fails to disclose any information which, if in the sole opinion of Maverick, had such information been disclosed at the time of application would have materially affected the eligibility of the applicant for Membership. Maverick also reserves the right to cancel or decline Membership in the event any investigation reveals unacceptable background information.

22. SEVERABILITY OF AGREEMENT; CONFLICT

If a court or an arbitrator of competent jurisdiction determines that any provisions or conditions of this Membership Agreement are illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions (or portions of them) and obligations shall remain in full force and effect and shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If there is a conflict between the provisions of the Maverick Membership Application and this Membership Agreement, the terms of this Membership Agreement shall prevail.

23. WAIVER

The failure of Maverick to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on one or more occasions shall not be considered to be a waiver or deprive Maverick of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to such term or any other term of this Membership Agreement. In order to be effective, any waiver must be in writing, signed by a duly authorized agent of Maverick and delivered to the Member.

24. GOVERNING LAWS AND MISCELLANEOUS

You acknowledge and agree that this Membership Agreement is made in the State of Maryland and shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, Maryland law without respect to its choice of law provisions. The prevailing party in any mediation relating to this agreement shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees from the other party for all matters, including but not limited to appeals.

Maverick reserves the right to interpret the terms and condition of this Membership Agreement, and the application thereof, in its sole and absolute discretion. This Membership Agreement and all documents incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between Maverick and you with respect to Maverick.

Sections 11, 12, 13, 16, 18-20 and 24 and any others that by their nature are intended to survive after terminationhereof shall survive termination of this Membership Agreement for any reason. No amendment to this Agreement by you will be binding unless in writing signed by an authorized representative of Maverick.

25. SIGNATURE

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE FOREGOING MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT. BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT" BUTTON BELOW, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY CLICKING THE "I DECLINE THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT" BUTTON BELOW, YOU ARE REJECTING THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN MAVERICK AS APPLICABLE SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE.
