TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
A $5,000 (per person) non-refundable deposit will be charged upon submitting this form. We will contact you to make arrangements for the remaining balance.
Additional $5,000 (per person) payment due August 1, 2024
Remaining balance due September 1, 2024.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, final payment of the balance due must be received by September 1, 2024. If the final payment is not received by this date, Maverick Business Adventures reserves the right to forfeit your reservation and retain 100% of payments received.
We suggest setting calendar reminders based on the above schedule. Please note that If we do not hear from you within 7 days of payment due dates, we will charge the card on file for the payment due, along with a 3.5% processing fee.
If there is someone on your team that we should coordinate with, please do introduce us to them and we would be happy to do so.
Change of Plans
We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change, which is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing “Any Reason” Travel Insurance to cover your trip.
We will always try to fill your spot, but if we are not able to do so AND you do not have travel insurance, the following cancellation terms will apply:
If cancellation is made before August 1, 2024: There will be a $3,500 cancellation fee and the remaining $1,500 from your initial deposit may be applied to Maverick membership or another Maverick event taking place by December 31, 2025.
If cancellation is made between August 1 – September 1, 2024, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If cancellation is made after September 1, 2024, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Again, we will always do our best to do our best, but oftentimes we need to pre-pay for accommodations, excursions, etc. in advance and are following someone else’s cancellation terms/discretions.
Insurance through our provider must be purchased within 15-days of paying your initial deposit. If for some reason the trip is rescheduled or canceled due to Force Majeure, you will have the option to apply your funds to a future trip or receive a refund.
